While we're not yet out of the woods, this was a tremendous ruling for providers and hospitals in New Hampshire. These funds are vital for providing care in this region.

It is also a hopeful note for the future. This attempt to seize private property in order to pay for the deficits of the state government would have set a frightening precedent.
