According to a new study done by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, Minnesotans enjoy the highest quality of care in the U.S. The study, "State Snapshots," looks at care in the 50 states and Washington, D.C., taking 15 core quality measurements focused on common disease treatments into account.
