Map would allow NY residents to track cancer

Each year, there are 200,000 new cancer cases reported to the New York State Health Department. Now, the state legislature has passed a measure that would give residents access to a detailed map showing where the cancers occur. The map would also show how close the cancer cases are to industrial facilities such as power plants and chemical factories.
