SPOTLIGHT: HHS, DoD send mental health workers for PTSD treatment

Admitting (critics say rather belatedly) to the reality that many soldiers are suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, the Department of Defense and HHS have announced a program under which they'll send 200 psychiatrists, social workers and other mental healthcare pros to military facilities to treat such patients.
