Here's yet another study confirming that people who have health insurance may not be able to pay their healthcare bills. The UCLA Center for Health Policy Research's concludes that one in seven non-elderly Californians is trying to pay off healthcare bills in excess of $2,000. Of that group, two thirds have health coverage. Article
