Go to YouTube and download Janis Joplin singing 'Lord Won't You Buy Me a Mercedes Benz."
Replace the word 'Lord' with 'Obama' (not a stretch, the mainstream media has already done that) and you'll have the Obama administration's healthcare proposals in neatly summarized form.

To get any kind of meaningful bill through congress, persons who cannot document that they are in the country legally will be specifically excluded from any kind of mandated coverage.
Then the issue will go before the courts. It will be fast-tracked to the Supreme Court which will hold, with adequate precedent, that people cannot be excluded from such coverage solely on the basis of their immigration or citizenship status and, voila, fourteen or fifteen million more bodies will be added to the rolls.
You heard it here first.

EMTALA requires that all hospitals receiving Medicare and Medicaid CAN NOT turn illegals away.
This is already our hospitals' biggest burden and one that we (you and I) already pay for.
The only addition would be providing preventative care so less acute needs (ear infections, flu, etc) end up jamming the emergency room at your local hospital at 3 times the price a PCP could take care of it for.
