Voters in the U.S. are very concerned about the cost of healthcare, and eager to hear about government actions that might give them more access. Of course, this cycle's presidential candidates have obliged, offering plans that purport to offering more people more care. However, neither candidate has focused on the high cost and comparatively low quality of the care patients get, according to these columnists. Real leadership in healthcare would involve looking at quality and efficiency in our healthcare system, they suggest. Article
