Untill the HUGE incentives for attorneys are removed the medical mal issue will always be a problem. Immagine if a doctor got 30% of your future earnings after saving your life! There would be alot more doctors.

Health care courts would be a great step to reduce the burden of malpractice on the American people. The se courts would reduce the number of frivolous lawsuits, establish clear guidelines for the ethical treatment of plaintiffs by their attorneys, and maintain physician accountability. Medical malpractice law is very specific. Establishing courts just for this sector fo the judicial system would be a giant step in the right direction!
