Hospital pillow fail, filled with bacteria

Hospital and home pillows are breeding grounds for superbugs, according to a study reported on in the London Times. According to the study, after more than two years, more than one-third of pillows were full of dust mites, dead skin, and bacteria. "People put a clean pillow case on and it looks and smells nice and fresh, but you are wrapping up something really nasty underneath," said lead researcher, Dr. Art Tucker, principal clinical scientist at St. Barts Hospital. Article
