HealthCare.gov blame game continues

Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Administrator Marilyn Tavenner apologized during testimony this week for the problem-plagued HealthCare.gov, but that's about all she could manage to say as lawmakers during the hearing continued to bicker about the website and the Affordable Care Act.

"To the millions of Americans who have attempted to use HealthCare.gov to shop and enroll in healthcare coverage, I want to apologize to you that the Web site has not worked as well as it should," she told the Ways and Means Committee, according to the National Journal.

Tavenner wouldn't disclose exchange enrollment information, but said the administration would release the numbers in mid-November and expects an enrollment spike in December and March, according to CBS News. >> Read the full article on FierceHealthPayer
