You may want to bargain hunt for your home or a car, but medical care? Ridiculous..and to pay patients $100 for copies of medical bills. I would suspect they're trying to find ways to increase their fees and slightly undercut neighboring hospitals at the same time. It sounds like a Wal-Mart of Healthcare. Wonder if they'll match any competitors cost?
