Incorporated in 1989, Tennessee Valley Neonatology currently provides neonatology services to two hospitals in the Huntsville, Alabama area, Huntsville Hospital and Crestwood Medical Center.
Huntsville Hospital has the designation of being North Alabama’s only Level III Regional Newborn Intensive Care Unit (RNICU), with round-the-clock transport services to the facility. Providing more than 5,000 deliveries annually, this 45-bed unit maintains a family-centered approach to patient care, with open visitation and a parent overnight room.
