DANVERS, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Think First announced that Nanette Simpson has joined the Think First team as Director. In her new position, Simpson will be responsible for engagement leadership, client management, project management, and staff training and development.

With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Nanette has most recently served as the Corporate Director of Revenue Cycle/Patient Access at West Penn Allegheny Health System, where she was responsible for managing and coordinating activities pertaining to patient access, such as improving the financial clearance process, streamlining and standardizing processes, patient flow, and other related activities. Previous to West Penn Allegheny Health System, Nanette was the Corporate Director of Patient Access/Financial Clearance Center at Saint Barnabas Health Care System, responsible for enterprise wide patient access processes.
