LIMA, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- KeyBridge Medical Revenue Management (http://www.keybridgemed.com) announced today that David G. Morrisey, director of development, will share strategies on preserving patient relationships during the revenue collection process at the 2011 Michigan Alliance of Healthcare Access Professionals (MAHAP) General Session in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan.

During a session at 10 a.m. on November 11 called "The Cost of Alienating a Patient: Strategies to Increase Patient-Pay Revenue," Morrisey will discuss the impact a patient's experience has on a hospital's bottom line.
