NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fitch Ratings assigns a rating of 'AA-/F1' to the Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated Trust series 2008-3193 floater certificates and a rating of 'AA-' to the Trust's series 2008-3193 residual certificates.
The long-term 'AA-' rating is based on the rating that Fitch has assigned to the California Health Facilities Financing Authority, refunding revenue bonds (Stanford Hospital and Clinics), 2010 series B (rated 'AA-' with a Stable Outlook), deposited into the Trust.
The short-term 'F1' rating is based on the liquidity facility by Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A. The short-term rating will expire on June 15, 2011, the expiration date of the liquidity facility, unless such date is extended or earlier terminated.
