Has the Payer-Provider Relationship Reached a Turning Point?

Available on-demand
60 Minutes

For decades, the payer-provider relationship has been defined by friction: rising costs, reimbursement disputes and growing operational and regulatory complexity.

New 2026 research of more than 500 payers and providers suggests there may be more to the story.

Join Fierce Healthcare, Zelis® and Datos Insights for a conversation about the unexpected research findings, including:

  • How each side understands — or misunderstands — the pressures facing the other

  • Why friction persists even when priorities overlap
  • How rapid AI adoption is shaping payer and provider outlooks

Our panelists will examine what the industry conversation may be missing — and why the biggest barriers to progress may come down to how healthcare actually works.

Attendees will receive first access to the full research report.
