With 40 years of experience in the health insurance industry and nearly 20 years with Health One Alliance, Mark has been instrumental in driving meaningful solutions. As a founding member and Chairman Emeritus of The HRA Council, he has positioned HRASimple as a national leader in Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA) development and administration. HRASimple now serves accounts throughout the United States and was among the first to implement an ICHRA for a large employer, earning national recognition for its innovation.

With over 13 years of leadership in finance and accounting operations within the insurance industry, Daverick is well-versed in optimizing financial processes, driving efficiencies, and reducing costs. Daverick’s career highlights include serving as Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Vice President at FirstCare Health Plans in Austin, TX, where he managed over $600 million in revenue and led the acquisition and financial transition of FirstCare Health Plans to Scott & White Health Plan.
