Joe Brennan

Joseph Brennan is Area Vice President for TytoCare. Joe has spent the last nine years focused exclusively on telehealth and has worked for and with numerous healthcare organizations on the development and scale of telehealth programs. Joe has championed several pioneering components of a telehealth program, including a robust dashboard for outcomes analytics, custom developed mobile apps, and a digitally-driven, multimodal advertising strategy. He is the Co-Chair of the Digital Innovations SIG at the American Telemedicine Association and is a current member of the Population Health Leaders Network.  Joe has a bachelor’s degree from DePaul University and completed the L.E.A.D Corporate Innovation program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. 

Judson Howe

Judson Howe

Judson Howe is president of Adventist Heath North Coast Network. In this role, he oversees an integrated healthcare delivery continuum encompassing six hospitals and more than 90 clinics inclusive of at-risk lives in rural Northern California. With a comprehensive ecosystem including physician practices, outpatient services, urgent care, home health, and hospice, the network champions the health of rural communities with value-based arrangements serving 56,000 individuals.

As a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California, Howe combines his financial acumen with his passion for education. Howe holds a Master of Science in Health Care Delivery from Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University-San Bernardino.


Karen Berube

In her role, Karen leads the system’s efforts to address Social Drivers of Health, reduce disparities, and improve Health Equity within our communities. She oversees a dedicated team and works with local and state partners to ensure healthcare resources are available to all community members, particularly those historically and currently under-resourced. 

Karen’s 20+ year vision has grown Inova’s Community Health Division to include over 30 community clinics and programs located in the neighborhoods they serve. To ensure all Inova services have a health equity lens, Karen oversees Inova’s Community Benefit, Community Health Needs Assessment, and Financial Assistance approaches, and provides leadership for Value Based Care and Inova’s Clinically Integrated Network.

Karen is active locally on several community boards and commissions and has been asked to share her vision of community health and addressing disparities both statewide and nationally. She joined Inova as a Clinical Social Worker for the Juniper Program during the height of the HIV epidemic, a profound experience that drives her to be a passionate and compassionate leader.


Cindy Celnik, MD, MBA, FACOG

Dr. Cindy Celnik has dedicated her career to advancing the health and well-being of women.  She is a board-certified OB/GYN currently serving as the Chief Medical Officer of The Woman's Hospital of Texas since November 2019. She has spearheaded numerous impactful process improvement initiatives at the hospital, including the Enhanced Surgical Recovery for Cesarean Sections program.

Dr. Celnik played a key role in the successful Physician Engagement Survey in 2022, positioning The Woman's Hospital of Texas among the top five facilities in HCA in numerous categories. The healthcare consulting firm PRC recognized her with a Healthcare Leadership Award for her exemplary work in "Physician Partnership."

In addition to her professional endeavors, she has been a Board Member for the March of Dimes since 2020, serves as a Medical Advisor for Guidepoint, and has been a panel member for Texas Medical Center Innovation.


Matthew Anderson, MD, MBA, CPE

Dr. Matthew Anderson is a physician executive who creates environments that support frictionless healthcare delivery for patients and physicians. With his experience in the financial, operational, and clinical aspects of medicine, he understands the current landscape and the barriers to great care. Serving as Chief Medical Information Officer of HonorHealth Medical Group, he focuses on applying technology to improve the healthcare experience. He is trained in Family Medicine, completing residency at Mayo Clinic Arizona. Dr Anderson also has an Executive MBA from WP Carey School of Business and Certification as a Physician Executive from the American Association of Physician Leadership.
