Available on-demand
60 minutes

Spurred by need for rapid adoption of remote healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic, providers are increasingly leveraging virtual care programs to optimize the delivery of care, reach patients in remote locations, mitigate chronic disease management, improve care quality, and increase patient satisfaction.

But simply providing virtual care isn’t enough – it needs to fit into business metrics and provide a user experience that is engaging and increases utilization.

Join this webinar as we discuss and take questions on:

  • Consumer expectations when seeking personalized, integrated care post-COVID.
  • Strategies for delivering care comparable to an in-person visit.
  • Approaches to providing virtual care options for patients with complex, chronic care needs.
  • Considerations when modeling investment returns for virtual care.
  • Lessons from the field.
