Dr. Tahir Haque

Dr. Tahir Haque is a board-certified physician and digital health leader. He currently serves as a Director of Medical Affairs Innovation at Becton Dickinson. Dr. Haque has significant experience leveraging predictive analytics and AI to design and scale connected care solutions, focusing on acute and post-acute care at home. He practices as a hospital-at-home physician at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, one of the largest programs in the country where he was one the early adopters of the care-at-home model. Dr. Haque holds dual appointments in the Division of General Internal Medicine and Division of Global Health Equity. He is an Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School and an Associate Faculty member at Ariadne Labs.
