U.S. HealthWorks Acquires Assets of Seven OHS-Compcare Locations, Adding Missouri, Kansas Medical Centers

, a leading operator of occupational healthcare and urgent care centers, announced today it has acquired seven OHS-Compcare clinics and two worksites in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
The centers are the first for U.S. HealthWorks in Kansas and Missouri. In total, U.S. HealthWorks now has 201 centers and worksites in 19 states. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
