WellPoint Announces Webcast of Its Conference With Investment Community

INDIANAPOLIS, Feb. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- WellPoint, Inc. (NYSE: WLP) today announced that it will conduct a live webcast of its Investor Conference on Wednesday, February 23, 2011. The meeting will be hosted by Angela F. Braly, chair, president and chief executive officer of WellPoint, Inc., and will feature several presentations by senior leadership of the company.

The event is scheduled to begin at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and conclude by approximately 4:00 p.m. EST.  All interested parties are invited to listen to a webcast of the conference by visiting www.wellpoint.com and selecting the "Investor Info" link.
