UnitedHealth to exit Michigan exchange

UnitedHealth Group Inc. will exit the Michigan state exchange market next year, Andrea Miller, a spokeseperson for the state's Department of Insurance and Financial Services, tells Bloomberg News. The insurance giant announced earier this month that it would leave the Georgia and Arkansas exchanges. UnitedHealth has said it is losing money selling plans on ACA exchanges and that it can't subsidize a market that can't seem to sustain itself. Article
