This leading global pharmaceutical company joins the ranks of 20+ other AggregateSpend360 customers, thus continuing Cegedim Relationship Management’s leadership as the market share leader for aggregate spend solutions.
Requirements for disclosure reporting on expenses associated with marketing activities, clinical trials, samples, and gifts and payments to Health Care Providers (HCPs) – commonly known as aggregate spend reporting – continue to become increasingly complex for Life Sciences companies, particularly with the approaching deadlines set forth in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, Section 6002 (which is sometimes referred to as the Physician Payments Sunshine Provisions).
