Target the millennial insurance workforce

With the baby boomer generation starting to retire, insurers are looking at ways to appeal to the younger generation of workers, according to Insurance & Technology. Many young adults do not fully understand the benefits of the industry. To entice the younger generation and foster an interest in the field, provide them with real-world examples of how insurance applies to their lives, notes Aite Group analyst Jamie Bisker.
