SPOTLIGHT: BCBSA hires former Oklahoma insurance commissioner

The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association has hired former Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner Kim Holland as executive director responsible for state affairs, reports the Oklahoman. Holland will oversee the association's state efforts and provide support for its 39 companies as they work with state officials and national organizations on healthcare reform implementation.
