Health insurance companies aren't waiting until 2014 to release their products, aimed at small businesses and individuals. Even though reform provisions regarding health insurance exchanges won't go into full effect until 2014, Michigan plans, including UnitedHealth Michigan and Health Alliance Plan of Michigan, already are pushing new options, Crain's Business Detroit reported.
