Ohio sues Obama administration over ACA tax on public health employee plans

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine (R) has sued the Obama administration, alleging that Affordable Care Act tax assessments against state and local governments for public health employee plans are unconstitutional. Warren County and four universities in the state joined DeWine in the lawsuit. Statement
