New Aetna website tracks brain health

Aetna has launched a new website,, loaded with games, videos and other exercises to help improve memory, attention span and stress management, reported the Hartford Courant. The website measures a person's emotion, thinking, feeling and self-regulation and then matches him or her to certain games and online exercises. Users also can track their "brain health success" using the website's self-paced program that takes about 10 minutes a day. "There are strong linkages between brain health and overall health and well-being," head of Aetna Behavioral Health Louise Murphy said. "The addition of MyBrainSolutions into our industry leading portfolio of products provides our members with a fun and engaging way to improve their health and wellness." Article
