Mr. Caswell will participate in tomorrow’s session, “Developing Infrastructure to Meet the Challenges of the Exchange.” As part of a larger discussion about the essential elements for developing state infrastructure to support Exchanges, he will offer insights into how states can overcome strategic operational challenges and seamlessly integrate their existing Medicaid infrastructure and business processes within their Exchanges.
