Positions include base salary, incentive pay and full benefits package
PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM) today announced plans to add 105 positions to its fulltime workforce at its national Medicare marketing and telesales call center in Phoenix.
The new call center positions, which include telesales specialists and frontline supervisors, will increase Humana’s Arizona workforce to more than 1,400 employees by mid-summer, including some 275 fulltime associates at Humana’s Medicare call center in Phoenix.
Humana’s Medicare Direct Marketing Services (DMS) telesales call center is located in Phoenix at 10400 N. 25th Ave., Suite 200. Humana’s DMS call centers in Arizona, Florida and Puerto Rico provide national telesales support for the company’s Medicare benefit plans and senior products as well as individual health and specialty products.
Humana’s Alex Vila, national director, Direct Marketing Services in Phoenix, said the company is currently recruiting candidates for the 105 positions in Phoenix and hopes to have all positions filled by the end of July in order to meet Humana’s growth and strategic objectives.
