Kevin J. Conroy is named President for Healthcare Partners IPA, New York
MARINA DEL REY, Calif., Oct. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Heritage Provider Network announced today healthcare leader Kevin J. Conroy has joined Healthcare Partners IPA, NY as President. Healthcare Partners IPA, NY (HCP IPA) is an affiliate of the HPN network.

Conroy brings a distinguished healthcare leadership background to HCP IPA and the company's expansion in the New York market. Prior to joining HCP IPA, Conroy was President of WellCare Health Plans of New York, where he implemented Medicaid, Medicare Advantage and Managed Care Long term programs. Conroy was instrumental in developing an integrated Long Term Care program for WellCare and was responsible for overseeing 600 associates. Additional responsibilities at WellCare included network management and development, sales and marketing, finance, quality improvement, regulatory and government affairs.
