NAPLES, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Health Management Associates, Inc. (NYSE:HMA) announced today that on April 23, 2012 it will report results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2012.

Health Management will issue a press release after the market closes on Monday, April 23, 2012. At 11:00 a.m. (EDT), the next day, Tuesday, April 24, 2012, management will host a conference call to discuss the quarterly results in further detail.
