Craig Gray Named Head of Return to Work Solutions for Aetna Disability and Absence Management

HARTFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Aetna (NYSE: AET) today announced that Craig Gray has been named head of return to work solutions for Aetna Disability and Absence Management. In this role, Gray will be responsible for developing and implementing new programs designed to help employees get back to work faster and managing the return to work employee advisory services area. Gray also will lead existing return to work programs and vocational rehabilitation staff.

Gray brings significant experience to his new role. Most recently, he served as vice president of return to life programs for Prudential Disability and before that held a similar role developing and leading return to work programs for UNUM. Gray also has consulted with insurers, advocacy groups and the Federal government on return to work programs developing innovative solutions that help to improve outcomes and decrease disability durations.
