Medicare beneficiaries in the San Francisco Bay Area who select Humana for their 2013 Medicare coverage will have access to doctors in Brown & Toland and Alta Bates medical groups
SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Brown & Toland Physicians and Alta Bates Medical Group patients will have more choices beginning January 2013, as Humana is now offering Medicare Advantage medical plans to residents in the San Francisco Bay Area. Medicare beneficiaries will soon select their coverage for 2013 during the Medicare Annual Election Period, which runs from Oct. 15 through Dec. 7, 2012. Starting January 1, Brown & Toland and Alta Bates will be part of Humana's California Medicare network.
