Health insurer Anthem was the country's top Medicaid insurer as of the first quarter of 2015, according to a forthcoming Atlantic Information Services market intelligence report. With nearly 4.8 million lives representing more than 10 percent of the national market, Anthem edges out UnitedHealthcare, which had 4.47 million enrollees and nearly 10 percent market share as of early 2015.
