FDA experts share legal guidance on telehealth

Here's a terrific resource for telemedicine developers, courtesy of Washington, D.C.-based law firm Epstein Becker Green in Washington, D.C. Two months ago, the firm created a formal legal opinion for telehealth vendor InTouch Health about the U.S. Food & Drug Administration regulations as they apply to telehealth technologies. Epstein Becker Green decided to share that opinion with the industry at large, to help other users and vendors understand the regulatory framework within which telehealth may fall, as FDA rules progress, firm attorney Bradley Thompson tells FierceMobileHealthcare.
