With nearly two decades of experience directing and overseeing healthcare industry operations, Lerma will provide the leadership, guidance and strategic input critical to helping Valence Health’s hospitals and health system clients optimize their own health plans and value-based contract arrangements.

Lerma comes to Valence Health as a highly accomplished Operations Officer with more than 18 years of experience in the Medicaid/Managed Care/Information Systems industry. Most recently, she served as the Chief Operating Officer of Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), where she directed day-to-day business operations for more than 700 people. Lerma also served in a variety of other roles at ACS, including Communications Officer and Director of Provider Services. Prior to ACS, she worked for Electronic Data Systems, Inc. overseeing provider relations. Lerma will be based in Austin, TX.
