Using “MAP App” to Move Revenue Cycle Metrics and Drive Performance

Conifer Health Solutions to present case study at HFMA’S 2011: ANI Healthcare Finance Conference

Stephen Mooney, president of Revenue Cycle Solutions at Conifer Health Solutions, and Suzanne Lestina, director of Revenue Cycle MAP (Measure, Apply & Perform) at HFMA, will conduct the presentation on how Conifer uses HFMA’s web-based MAP App as part of its comprehensive strategy to establish the definitive indicators of revenue cycle performance, track its performance, and recommend steps for improvement. They will also explain how the MAP App utilizes Key Performance Indicators that are standardized across the revenue cycle industry and include peer comparison of validated data to provide best practices.

Lestina has been with HFMA for nearly six years and has more than 25 years of healthcare experience, including 10 years as a revenue cycle consultant. They will present the case study during HFMA’s conference on Tuesday, June 28, at 11:15 a.m. EDT. The conference is being held at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center from June 26-29 in Orlando.
