CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Origin Healthcare Solutions, a leading provider of integrated revenue cycle optimization and business intelligence solutions, announced that Tom Stampiglia has joined the Company as Chief Executive Officer. Stampiglia will replace Jeff Kvam, who will move into the role of Vice Chairman of the Origin Board of Directors.
Stampiglia brings over 30 years of healthcare services and technology industry experience to Origin. For the last six years, Stampiglia served as Chief Executive Officer at Medical Present Value (MPV), a revenue cycle management and healthcare analytics company. Earlier in his career, Stampiglia was President and COO of WebMD’s Practice Services Division, where he was responsible for the company’s physician practice management, electronic health records and electronic claims solutions. He also served as President of the Software Division at Checkfree Corporation and held various management positions at Lanier Worldwide, Inc., including General Manager of Lanier Healthcare.
