Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Rockwall is engaging and empowering patients to take a more active role in their health by prescribing interactive, multi-modal programs created by Emmi Solutions, LLC. The programs use language patients understand to help them make sense of a complex medical condition, walk them through an upcoming procedure or prepare them for a hospital stay.
The Emmi platform, which is being provided initially to expectant mothers, allows providers to connect with patients and their families at their convenience – when they’re most ready to learn and retain information – and on devices they already own.
