After successfully leveraging QuadraMed’s electronic health record (EHR) for many years, NYCHHC began preparing for Stage 1 attestation last year by with QuadraMed through a five-year contract to upgrade to QCPR 5.2. The ARRA-certified EHR includes certified physician order entry, patient problem lists and controlled medical vocabulary—all of which are required for Stage One. After working closely with QuadraMed’s experts on readiness assessments to identify and fix gaps in care, NYCHHC quickly rolled out this functionality.

NYCHHC also collaborated with QuadraMed to meet interoperability requirements by facilitating health information exchange between the health system and .
