named eClinical service and support executive Andrea Valente Vice President of Service Delivery. PHT is the leading provider of technologies used to collect for clinical research.
The newly formed position combines Client Services and Technical Operations.

Previously, Andrea was Vice President of Global Services, Education and Customer Support at OpenPages (acquired by IBM), where she led bookings and delivery of all global services, education and support of OpenPages’ governance, risk and compliance software products. Prior to OpenPages, she was Vice President of North American Services at Phase Forward (acquired by Oracle), where she was responsible for all U.S.-based service in support of eClinical trial management software products.

Andrea earned her BA in Government with a minor in English from Georgetown University. She has an advanced certificate in international service management from the European Foundation for Management Development.
