CareTech Solutions, an information technology (IT) and Web products and services provider for more than 200 hospitals announced today the renewal of a multi-year IT outsourcing contract with one of its largest customers, Oakwood Healthcare. In addition to renewing the existing agreement, several new services were added putting the contract value at approximately $120 million.
