The most highly cited radiologic journal by far is Radiology, according to a study in the Academic Radiology.
According to the study, of the top 100 highly cited articles in radiology journals, 59 appeared in Radiology. Seventeen of the most frequently cited articles appeared in the Journal of Nuclear Medicine, nine appeared in the American Journal of Roentgenology, five in the British Journal of Radiology, and four in Investigative Radiology.
