MEDNAX, Inc., (NYSE:MD) today announced the acquisition of Gwinnett Anesthesia Service, P.C., a physician group practice based in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The practice provides anesthesia services at Gwinnett Medical Center in Lawrenceville and Duluth, as well as at surgery centers and other outpatient facilities throughout those metropolitan areas.
