Liaison Technologies Launches Healthcare Partner Program

Program Helps Healthcare Solution Providers Leverage Cloud-Based Platform for Integration and Health Information Management

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Liaison Technologies, a global provider of secure cloud-based integration and data management services and solutions, announced today a partner program for healthcare solution providers. The Liaison Healthcare Partner Program enables third parties to access and contribute to an integrated platform for patient information—all with an emphasis on trust and privacy, scalability and flexibility.

Liaison’s integration-as-a service platform integrates a variety of disparate systems and technologies, allowing different solutions and organizations to “talk” to one another to support Health Information Exchange (HIE), Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and Health Insurance Exchange initiatives, and to help healthcare organizations comply with the HITECH ACT.

The Liaison Healthcare Partner Program is designed for solution providers supporting HIEs, hospital and lab information systems, Electronic Medical and Health Records (EMR/EHRs), ePrescriptions, public health reporting, health plans and other applications within the healthcare ecosystem. The program ensures such providers’ solutions can be integrated quickly and can accurately manage patient data using Liaison technology, helping enable healthcare organizations to exchange information effortlessly and improve patient care.

“Integration and the proper semantic interpretation of data between healthcare applications have always been barriers to successful collaboration between providers, payers and patients,” said Gary Palgon, Liaison’s vice president of Product Management and Strategy. “We created this partner program to facilitate and ensure the interoperability required to pave the way for the smoother exchange of patient information.”

Liaison Technologies has been solving complex data integration, data harmonization, information exchange, and data security challenges for more than 10 years and has more than 600 healthcare customers. As a result, it has a deep understanding of the obstacles to connecting everyone in the healthcare community to the same information. Liaison provides both cloud-based and on-premise solutions that deliver an advanced platform for the secure exchange of patient data, with implementations backed by experienced professional services teams.
