An off-duty emergency room employee at Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Spectrum Health was fired after taking a picture of a woman who was in the ER and posting it to Facebook with the caption, "I like what I like," WZZM 13 reported. Several other hospital employees, including an ER doctor and a physician's assistant, also were fired for "liking" the post. According to WZZM 13, the woman in the picture was not identified and her face could not be seen. Spectrum did not comment on the incident, other than to say that it took appropriate action. Article
