HHS awards $32.6M in combined health IT contracts to SAIC, CGI, TKC

Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) will provide technology to help the Health Resources and Services Administration's Bureau Reporting System develop various data-focused systems, SAIC announced today. The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services award specifies that $26 million will go to IT services for the Bureau of Health Professions, the Maternal Child Health Bureau, the HIV/AIDS Bureau, and the Office of Rural Health Policy. In addition, HHS awarded IT contracts worth $2.9 million to CGI Federal and $3.7 million to TKC Global Solutions, according to the Washington Post.
