announced today that it has entered into an agreement with MedCare Quality Medical Centers that will help affiliated physicians better identify patients with chronic conditions and then provide these patients the programs and services needed to enhance their quality of life.
This will be made possible through the use of Clear Vision’s RevenueMax, one of the healthcare industries most powerful and easy-to-use data-intelligence tools. With RevenueMax, physicians can isolate Medicare Advantage patients with chronic conditions – such as heart disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes and arthritis –and pinpoint gaps in reporting and treatment. Such efforts have shown to lead to improved outcomes for the patient while optimizing revenue for the provider.
